ABOUT ME

I'm a business generalist with a focus on helping leaders find their voice, leadership style and developing strategic and management systems. 

My professional mission is to help leaders be happy and profitable. That’s how I live my life as a business coach and my goal every day I work with my clients. 

I come from 15 years in the franchise space, starting as a painter. I became the lead trainer in the largest franchise in the company, then operated an award-winning franchise. I switched over to one of the most recognized franchisors in North America working first in Franchise Startup, and eventually developed into the second in command at the company. 

Over that time, I fell in love with leadership development, coaching and enterprise level strategy. I also had a lot of fun hosting events, facilitating large conferences and growing a team of leaders. 

I live on Vancouver Island with my partner of 10 years, our two cats and our dog Moose. In summer, you're likely to find me in my garden, DIYing something, smoking some kind of meat on my Green Egg, or drinking a cocktail or glass of wine. In winter, I like to travel locally to Hornby Island or abroad. 

I love to exercise; I play on two soccer teams and spend a lot of time with my dog exploring the trails on Vancouver Island. I love live music and try to go to a lot of festivals and shows. If I'm not outside or listening to music, it's highly likely I'm trying to find some kind of interesting food. Cooking, going to restaurants and growing food are all passions of mine.
